East Side Location Instructions

PC or Mac users:
Install the app SWANN HomeSafe View to your PC or Mac from here
Open up the app and add a new device then type in the following information:
Device Alias: Julians
Switch register mode to UID and type DCMLL1VM8F6NPFH8111A
Port Number: 9000
Username: user1, or user2, or user3
Password: Call Julian’s for password. The password changes every week.

Iphone and Android users:

Download the SWANN HomeSafe View app from Apple Store to your Iphone or from the Google app store for Android
Open up the app, select devices (top left menu) and select the plus sign to add a device and type the following info:
Device Alias: Julians
Register Mode UID
UID: DCMLL1VM8F6NPFH8111A or scan the following code
Port Number: 9000
Username: user1, or user2, or user3
Password: Call Julian’s for password. The password changes every week.
And finally save the info and start live view.

West Side Location Instructions

Unfortunately this app is not available for PC or Mac only for Iphone and Android.

Iphone and Android users:

Download the Swann AlwaysSafe app from Apple Store to your Iphone or from the Google app store for Android
Open up the app, select the plus sign on the top right corner to add the device and enter manually the UID ZPSSU99L1L3B29LD6P4J or scan the following code, wait a few seconds until you get a pop up window that says the connection failed then change the password and username with this info:
Username: guest1
Password: Call Julian’s for password. The password changes every week.

And finally login to the live view.
